Our Vision
The Resident Theater companies at Kelsey Theatre commit to following principles of
color-conscious casting at every stage of the production process, including the selection of production team personnel and throughout casting.
We acknowledge the need for growth and are committed to learning from our past mistakes. We aim to foster an inclusive environment for people of all races, genders, religions, sexual orientations, creeds, socio-economic statuses, nationalities and abilities.
